Lori Brewer Collins, Principal Consultant

Lori Brewer Collins brings over twenty years' training and organization development experience to her clients. Her primary focus is on leadership development for leaders within multinational organizations.

She provides coaching to leaders who want to deepen their leadership capabilities and who are committed to the development of others. In this role, she works to equip leaders for global leadership responsibilities.

Lori especially enjoys working with multinational groups and has extensive cross-cultural experience. She has worked with leaders and teams from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australasia, the Far East, and Latin and North America.

She regularly designs and facilitates off-site retreats and special events for leadership teams. These events address challenges such as strategy development and planning, innovation and creative problem solving, teambuilding and improving interpersonal and intercultural communication.

Prior to starting her consulting career, she worked ten years with Saturn Corporation (a subsidiary of General Motors). She spent her last three years there as Team Leader for Retail Training with responsibilities for leadership development and corporate culture training for 4,000 managers.

Lori holds a masters' degree in Human Resource Development from Vanderbilt University (Nashville, Tennessee, USA). She received her professional coaching certification from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, California.
