Workshop:
Leading Multicultural Teams
Stretching Boundaries Across Borders
Multicultural teams are increasingly the norm in global organizations as well as in regional and local organizations seeking to attract the best talent by looking beyond their own borders.
Research has shown that more diverse teams are capable of greater creativity and innovation, of interacting effectively with a wider range of internal and external clients and of connecting diverse parts of the organization. But the same research also reveals that multicultural teams risk fragmentation, low productivity and even lower morale.
A multicultural team presents a wider spectrum of risks and reward possibilities. This workshop will provide current and prospective team leaders with the knowledge and skills to lead their team to reach its full potential.
